I've recently find interesting article about white wedding dresses. I've tried to answer the question "Why wedding dresses are white?" I visit website with wedding dresses where the most wedding dresses are white.
In that article is said that in the catalogues and salons, in the collections of American and international designers, wedding dresses are always white. And the brides themselves prefer shining in blinding white wedding dresses, rather than in gowns of more extraordinary colors and hues. Where did this tradition come from? How old is it? Who established this fashion of wedding dresses which has been around for many, many years?
As for me I was wearing white wedding dress on my wedding but I can say that for example pink wedding dresses are beautifull too.
So I can't understand why white wedding dresses are classic?
